This example reflects a situation where all parties are in communication via the instant messaging client.

This system can be further refined by having the interpreter communicating in real time with your business partner via telephone. In this situation, the business partner would appear to have a one to one chat with you without knowing that any interpretation is taking place.

In addition to instant messaging, we can also integrate a special multi-lingual live chat application directly into your website. This has the advantage of not requiring your visitors to have any special software installed. Everything is done directly from an internet browser.
