Galliard Homes has been a leading residential property developer in central London for almost a quarter century. Today Translations has been providing translation services, mainly for marketing materials, for just over two years.
Today Translations has translated a range of marketing materials and brochures for Galliard Homes.
One of the most recent projects was commissioned shortly prior to the property developer’s upcoming Canary Wharf property being put on the market. Today Translations was hired to translate the relevant marketing materials, including a 50+ page company brochure, from English into Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
The sale of flats in the Maine Tower would was to be a milestone in Galliard Home’s company history, with some flats selling for as much as £1.25m. With Galliard Homes’ upcoming residential buildings attracting a flurry of interest from investors, the translated content needed to be both punchy, informative and, in some cases, communicate the sense of grandeur and luxury.
The brochure and supplementary marketing materials were translated and typeset in Simplified and Traditional Chinese and delivered in just under a week.
Indeed, Galliard Homes was reported on increasing demand from Chinese and Far Eastern London property buyers, particularly in East London.
The materials continue to serve as a shop window for Chinese buyers and investors.
