Confidentiality

The protection of our clients’’s assets and information is of paramount importance to us. One of our Advisory Board Members, the police Detective Chief Superintendent, led the UK’s national program for countering fraud and is a trustee of the Fraud Advisory Panel. He now oversees security policies for Today Translations. Rest assured, our security provisions are at the heart of everything we do.

All our linguists adhere to strict confidentiality and impartiality clauses and are assessed and monitored during every assignment to ensure compliance. Special non-disclosure agreements are drafted for sensitive cases such as asset acquisitions and tenders. All data is transmitted by secure means, via our own FTP servers, and held in accordance with Data Protection standards. Uniquely, our systems provide full audit trails for all projects.

Our CEO and founder also sits on the boards of the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) and the EUATC for industry standards. We have therefore always pioneered the improvement in quality and standards within the translation sector.
