Multilingual e-disclosure and e-discovery document reviewing services

Multilingual e-disclosure and e-discovery reviewing can be a time-intensive job, and requires both the language skills and legal expertise of only the most specially vetted and experienced translators and linguists.

At Today Translations, we provide a fast, efficient and effective solutions to manage e-disclosure projects, whether it be for litigation, arbitration, regulatory requests and private investigations.

We assure that only most appropriate professionals manage, review and translate our clients’s electronically stored data – such as email exchanges, chat logs, word files and spread sheets – no matter the language.

Working in close accordance with our clients, we are able to offer a fast, streamlined approach to the e-discovery process by providing our specialised linguists with access to the necessary translation technology that filters and identifies and the relevant content. We do this in order to greatly reduce client costs while also providing a faster delivery time.

The most relevant content will then be professionally translated into the required language and officially certified by Today Translations for review purposes as well as court procedures.

Working in accordance with privacy law

Our network of linguists is based around world, and therefore, in the overwhelming majority of cases, we would be able to assist in your home country, no matter where in the world you are located. This is our preferred option, as sending certain e-discovery data from abroad to the UK may be a violation of certain privacy laws.

As a certified translation agency working in accordance with the professional standards as stipulated by the ATC and the EUATC, it is of paramount important that Today Translations only works in accordance with both national and supranational regulatory directives.

Should you have any questions or reservations, we have a small team of legal advisers you can assist and advise you.

I was absolutely delighted with the quality and speed of your service along with the excellent work done in terms of the translation itself and the way it was presented. We will be pleased to utilise your services again in the future and we would have no hesitation in recommending your company for similar work elsewhere.
