Lessons in Leadership

on Thursday 28 June 2018 Written by Aliona Ladus

As a leader of an organisation, you need a highly effective team, enabling your company to grow, innovate and adapt to external market conditions. Jurga delegates when she is comfortable that those people are able to do a better job than she can. They need to be confident in what they are doing.

As a leader, you have to step back and ask 'what do you want the organisation to look like?'. There has to be a match between the vision and the parties coming on board.

Key advice: Engage people - every single person in the organisation has to be engaged. You can't achieve sustainable growth unless everyone knows what they're doing and what part they're contributing to. Every single individual matters.
